Oilpressure

Sometimes things just don’t go according to plan. After hours of delays for lightning and a few sprinkles, it looked like we were finally going to get this race in. I was in the garage area talking with some friends, when all of a sudden I felt some drops hitting my back. Given the looks of the sky, I realized that this wasn’t going away. I started walking quickly to the media center. As I walked in, the bottom fell out.  You pretty well knew that this was it for the night.

We will reconvene tomorrow and try it again. The race will be shown live on FOX at 3:00 pm EDT. It will run the scheduled distance. Susan has to work tomorrow, but I will be here. Please check back tomorrow. Stay dry!
