Good Morning From St. Petersburg
Good morning from the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. At the risk of sounding like I’m gloating, the weather could not be better. It is currently 79° on the way to a projected high of 85°. And of course, there is not a cloud in the sky. That’s a far cry from what we left behind in Nashville…ice and 34°. I’ll finish the gloating with a photo taken from my seat in the Media Center, overlooking the track as it heads into Turn Ten.
We arrived at the Media Center just in time for the results of the survey that fans were asked to take part in a couple of months ago. While it is important and I would normally be interested in it, it reminded me too much of a business meeting for work. This was not what I wanted to be greeted with, while I am on vacation. It was a 45-minute PowerPoint presentation, with three different individuals presenting. Believe me, the buzzwords that I love so much were flying.
Now that it’s over, we are going to go grab some lunch and check out what we came here for – race cars.
I’ll be back here a little later. In the meantime, please follow us on Twitter. You may follow me at @Oilpressureblog, and Susan at @MrsOilpressure. Please check back later.

Did they break down the powerpoint presentation in a granular approach?

I heard “drill down” more than once.

LOL. Sorry George that you had to endure that. So glad I am retired.
