Merry Christmas To All!
After one of the most eventful Decembers I’ve seen in all of the years I have followed open-wheel racing, Christmas Eve is upon us and it’s safe to say we will probably go at least a few days without any announcements regarding drivers or sponsors.
I will be taking a few days off from this site. My family and I are spending Christmas with my mother in the home that I grew up in. Both of my older brothers and their families are here as well. This is the first time we have all been together at the same time since 2006.
Along with going to the Music City Bowl to watch my Tennessee Volunteers, I plan to relax, eat and rest up over the next few days in order to be ready for what promises to be a very busy couple of months leading up to the 2011 IZOD IndyCar Series season. I will return here on Monday January 3.
I wish everyone safe travels, a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous and Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas George. Kind of weird not having my Cats in the Music City Bowl this year. I hope you enjoyed this last game because the 300 year win streak will end next year…Rocky top will go down!
