It’s Race Day At Barber!
For the third year in a row, the weather for Race Day at Barber Motorsports is absolutely perfect. I don’t know how Mr. Barber has done it, but after a miserable day on Friday – the weather here could not be better. I was worried driving down, because we drove through some dense fog – similar to what knocked out the IndyCar warm-up yesterday.
We left relatively on-time, which was a minor miracle since we brought two college-age kids with us. Had they not been ready, i was prepared to just leave them their tickets and let them drive down by themselves. But we had a very uneventful drive down – which is always a good thing.
Anyway, we are going to go meet up with some friends, but I’ll be back here before the race. Please check back later.
